For example, adding radon testing and thermal imaging together can save you money compared to ordering them separately. Payment is due at the time of inspection. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. You can also pay online through our secure payment portal before the scheduled inspection date if you prefer.

We understand that schedules change. You can cancel or reschedule your inspection without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We serve a wide area without additional travel fees for most locations. For properties outside our standard service area, a modest travel fee may apply. We'll let you know upfront when you request your quote so there are no surprises.
